Each practitioner brings a different style and perspective to the healing work that we do, but we’re united by a passion for the purposeful work and real connection that takes place at SHCW.

Meet SHCW’s Owner

Alaina Breakiron, LPC

As the founder of SHCW, I believe the true healing begins when we embrace vulnerability and the courage to change. My approach blends 6+ years of personal recovery and spiritual growth with my expertise as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Reiki Master to support those navigating addictions, trauma or life’s many uncertainties. In our sessions, we move beyond traditional talk therapy to harmonize the mind, body & spirit through a “whole-person” lens. Restorative practices are often incorporated into my style including sound healing, Somatic techniques and mindfulness. I am most passionate about walking alongside open-minded individuals who are ready to explore alternative paths to wellness, helping you rediscover your inherent worthiness and the power of self-healing.

Rebuilding a meaningful life starts from the inside out, and taking that first step toward healing is empowering. As a therapist and Reiki Master, I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can process difficult emotions and move forward with renewed confidence. By combining professional expertise with a deep, lived understanding of resilience, I support you in navigating issues such as addictions, depression and difficult life transitions. Rather than focusing on “fixing” you, our work together is about honoring your unique journey and helping you develop the internal tools needed to create lasting change.
