I have been practicing social work since 2012 after I obtained my bachelor's and Master’s of social work degrees from California University of Pennsylvania. I currently hold a license as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I have spent my career as a medical social worker in both hospital and community settings. Mental Health issues I have experience treating include depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and clients who have reached end of life stages.

Personally, I am married and have a young son. I enjoy reading, crafting, and gardening. I have just recently started on a more holistic/spiritual journey that has led me to branch out into private practice. Working 1:1 with my clientele allows me to exercise my counseling style which includes talk therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing & Solution Focused Therapy. I also incorporate Reiki Healing into my sessions. I am happy to work with clients starting at age 16 and up.
